After receiving tons of emails asking us for a property request form and database, we decided to go one step further and creater an online facility to allow anyone who is looking for a property to create a listing with their property requirements.
This listing can then be seen by anyone with a house either for sale or let and it is all managed from the left hand user menu.
So if you are looking for a house to either but or let, just visit http://buzzproperties.co.uk and register, then add your requirements using the left hand user menu, you requirements will be automatically added to the Property Wanted section of the website, and all listing are conveniently listed by county making your listing easy for anyone to find.
And yet again like everything else on BuzzProperties this service is toally free.
So if you are looking for a house or property, visit http://buzzproperties.co.uk register and add your requirements for free.
After feedback from past clients we have decided to take a more pro-active approach to helping you sell or let your house. Now not only can you use BuzzProperties to sell your house for free, and you can still manage everything online, but now if you want your house listed on BuzzProperties, we can do all the work on your behalf to get your house listed.
This includes taking all property photos, writing descriptions and advising on the property value right up to finally adding your property to the BuzzProperties website.
All it takes to take advantage of this great service is to complete a single form, we will then be in touch and arrange an appointment to take the property photos, write the description and add your house to the BuzzProperties listings.
Once your hosue is listed its then up to you to manage the viewing appointments, questions, offers and list maintenance.
